why is backup important, and how to generate backup?

Well gentleman,
you are having a great website and one day you see that something went wrong in my website, and you are holding your head and crying, and then blaming your fate.. Kismat which we call.
And then you say.. why this happenes to me only?
What i can say is ” Prevention is better than Cure”
All organisations keep backups. But the question is ” why do i need a backup”
Answer: It might happen to you too:

• u installed some corrupt theme, and site got hacked
• You installed some corrupt plugin and your website got hacked
• You installed or removed some plugin, which caused Error in your website
• You tried to unknowingly delete some coding, or some file in cpanel, filemanager, or u tried to edit some plugin
• someone accessed your password and made changes

or something like this, and then you wished. if I could undo whatever bad happened with me. so thats why making backup is neccessary.
